The flashlight exceeded my expectations—compact, powerful, and incredibly portable. Battery life has been excellent so far, and it came with some great accessories. Overall, it’s a fantastic little companion. However, the shipping experience could definitely be improved. The tracking information was unclear, and the delivery took far too long. I purchased it in December and didn’t receive it until April 21.

Overall, the quality of the flashlight is very good. It does exactly what it says it’s supposed to.
The rubber boot that protects the USB-C charging port is a little flimsy and falls out but you can work around that.
I ordered 2X2 pro Tri coloured light flashlight, but instead I received the ultraviolet light.
Overall, I’m satisfied, but wish I had received. The tri-colored light instead.
The customer service care representative never returned my email.
Already the rubber stopper is off the charging port; the hatch closure for the battery was flimsy to secure; the entire device was heavy...I would not purchase again.
